4. Who we share it with

We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for third-party advertising.

We use the following service providers ("sub-processors"), who process data on our behalf:

ProviderWhat they doWhere
SupabaseStores enquiry recordsUnited Kingdom (London)
VercelHosts this websiteGlobal edge network; requests served from the nearest region
ResendSends notification and acknowledgement emailsUnited States / European Union

We may also disclose personal data where we are legally required to do so, or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

5. International transfers

Your enquiry and trial records stay in the UK. The database that holds them is hosted in London (Supabase's West EU (London) region, eu-west-2), so that data is not transferred outside the United Kingdom.

Some of our other providers — Vercel, Cloudflare, Resend and Google — process data outside the UK, including in the European Union and the United States. Where that happens, we rely on the UK International Data Transfer Addendum to the European Commission's standard contractual clauses, or on UK adequacy regulations where they apply.

6. How long we keep it

DataRetention
Enquiry and trial records24 months from the date you contacted us, then deleted automatically
Email correspondenceFor as long as needed to deal with your enquiry, then in line with our normal business record-keeping

If you become a customer, your data is then held under our customer agreement rather than this policy.

7. Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Correct it if it is wrong
  • Erase it in certain circumstances
  • Restrict how we use it in certain circumstances
  • Object to processing based on legitimate interests
  • Portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format
  • Withdraw consent at any time, where we rely on consent

To exercise any of these, email [email protected]. We will respond within one month.

If you are not happy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office:

We would appreciate the chance to address your concern first.

8. Cookies

We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies. Analytics cookies are only set if you accept them.

Full details, including how to change your choice, are in our Cookie Policy.

9. Security

We protect your data with:

  • Encryption in transit (HTTPS on every page)
  • Encryption at rest in our database
  • Access controls — only people who need access have it, and all accounts require two-factor authentication
  • Bot protection and rate limiting on our forms
  • Regular security updates to the website and its dependencies

No system is completely secure, but we take these measures seriously. If a breach occurs that is likely to result in a risk to your rights, we will notify the ICO within 72 hours and, where required, notify you.

10. Children

This website is aimed at businesses. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

11. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. If the change is significant, we will make that clear on the website.
