Frequently asked questions
The things skip firms actually ask before they sign up.
Is there a contract?
No. All plans are monthly and you can cancel whenever you like. There's no minimum term and no setup fee. If you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
Do I need a card to start the trial?
No. You can start your 14-day trial without entering any card details, and nothing is taken during the trial.
You only enter payment details if you decide to carry on at the end of the 14 days. Nothing starts automatically, so there is no date you have to remember.
What happens after the 14 days?
Nothing is charged automatically. If you want to keep going, you pick your plan and add payment details, and your subscription starts from then — renewing monthly, or annually if you chose annual billing, until you cancel.
If you decide it isn't for you, do nothing. The trial simply ends and you are not charged.
Are prices inclusive of VAT?
No. All prices shown are exclusive of VAT, which is added at the applicable rate. This is the standard way software is priced for UK businesses, and it's the same basis the other skip software providers quote on, so the numbers are comparable.
Can I change plan later?
Yes, up or down, whenever you need to. Most firms start on Starter and move up when they take on more drivers.
What counts as a "driver"?
Anyone who logs in to the driver screen to see and complete their jobs. Office staff who use the main system don't count towards your driver limit.
Do you charge setup or onboarding fees?
No. There's no setup fee, no onboarding fee, and no charge for getting your skips and customers into the system.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes. Pay annually and you get two months free — so you pay for ten months and get twelve.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
It's your data. Before you close the account you can export your customers, jobs and waste transfer notes.
We keep it for a period after cancellation in case you change your mind, then delete it.
Can I see it working before I sign up?
Yes. The trial needs no card, so you can simply start one — but if you would rather be shown round first, book a demo and we will walk you through it on a call.
